Privacy policy

Shloka Scroll is a Bhagavad Gita reader for personal use. This policy covers the app and this page.
The verse text is stored in the app. You can read it with no account and no network.
Choices you make in onboarding, including why you opened the app, a reminder time, and the note that you finished onboarding, stay on this device. The app does not upload them.
Shloka Scroll does not show ads. It does not ask to track you across other companies' apps and websites. It does not sell personal information.
The app sends anonymous usage events to TelemetryDeck, such as finishing onboarding or opening a verse's study view, so we can see which features are used. Each event carries a random ID made for this install (sent only as a hash), a random session ID, the SDK version, and at most a chapter number. It never includes verse text, what you search for, your name, your email, an advertising ID, or your location. This data is not linked to you and is not used to track you.
The app does not include a crash-reporting service.
Shloka Plus stays off unless the app's remote setting turns subscriptions on. While that setting is off, there is nothing to buy and the paywall is not shown.
If a subscription is offered, Apple processes the payment. Shloka Scroll does not receive your card number. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account.
Questions about this policy go through Support in the app, or by email to support@arxdani.com.
